Space that feels like home
The heart of the house
A spacious open living area combines the lounge, kitchen and dining room, creating the perfect place to relax together. A comfortable lounge with a 75-inch Smart TV and Netflix, alongside a fully equipped kitchen, provides everything you need for a great stay. Large glazed doors open onto the terrace with a panoramic view of the mountains and surrounding forests.
Four bedrooms, twelve beds
Four comfortable bedrooms offer a flexible sleeping arrangement for up to 12 guests. High-quality orthopaedic mattresses ensure restful sleep, and two of the rooms are fitted with TVs, providing extra space to relax.
A place to recover
A large sauna, reserved exclusively for guests and free of charge, lets you end the day in complete relaxation. The warmth soothes tired muscles, supports the body's recovery and helps you unwind after hours spent on the slopes or mountain trails.
Three bathrooms
The house offers three comfortable bathrooms — one by the sauna area and two upstairs, next to the bedrooms. The main bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, perfect for a long, relaxing soak.
Where the house meets the mountains
A spacious terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a gas grill is the perfect place for shared meals, morning coffee and evening relaxation with a view of the Beskid peaks.
Everything in its place
A practical ski room with a boot dryer provides convenient storage for your equipment and comfort after a full day on the slopes.

Set in the heart of the Silesian Beskids, in the picturesque valley of the Żylica river, the town enchants with its exceptional mountain climate and views of Skrzyczne and Klimczok. All year round it offers excellent conditions for active leisure and relaxation, drawing lovers of mountains, nature and unforgettable landscapes.
